Does each Cell have a leader?
There is a leader, but their role is mainly organising and facilitating the meetings. They may take a bigger pastoral role when a Cell is young, but pastoral care of each other should become the responsibility of the whole group as it matures.
The different elements of the meeting are led by different members of the group.
The whole Cell structure is over-seen by the Pastor.
